We’re looking to hire the first Copywriter on our newly formed Brand team—someone who will embrace being on the front lines with our Brand Director to develop WayBetter’s voice + tone across all touchpoints and channels. This role is integral to the company, and will involve crafting dynamic, compelling, clear copy to support cross-functional initiatives that will propel WayBetter’s brand forward.
The ideal candidate knows the difference between m dashes and en dashes, has strong opinions about Oxford commas, and will passionately (but kindly) correct anyone who doesn’t believe that words matter. Enthusiasm about joining a mission-driven, fast-paced, collaborative, creative startup is a must.
This person will work closely with the Brand Director to breathe life into WayBetter’s identity, and make sure the tone and voice stay true to the company’s mission of making forming healthy habits fun.
