Full-Time in New York City, NY - Remote OK - Associate - Marketing

About This Role:

WayBetter games help people develop healthy habits. As Manager, Programming you will be responsible for the creation of our assortment of games across fitness, nutrition and mindfulness categories in collaboration with our in-house and influencer coaches.

Your programming mix will maximize game participation, while streamlining the creation process for coaches.

What You'll Do:

  • Write game titles and descriptions to optimize game joins and community engagement.
  • Select brand-approved photography for games to achieve a balance of consistent style and compelling visuals across our directory.
  • Support the Sr. Manager, Programming in monthly reporting on the performance of games by category, length and host type.
  • Track trends across fitness, nutrition and mindfulness categories to ensure culture relevance and focus on our target audience.
  • Regularly interview community managers to identify customer insights to evolve programming calendar and inform new game innovations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes to maximize the number of games we are able to publish per week.
  • Work with the Manager, Member Lifecycle to promote games to members.
  • Identify new opportunities for game template optimization - creative, copy, targeting, coach types etc.

Your Experience Looks Like:

  • Experience with B2C marketing, particularly digital.
  • Strong writing ability and focus on clarity
  • Interest and passion for the health and nutrition space
  • Interest in product marketing and/or digital merchandising across a broad product assortment.
  • Digital savvy and proven ability to learn new digital tools and platforms
  • Good analytical skills with ability to translate performance metrics into high level stories and key takeaways.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization
  • Curious and passionate about life with success outside your main career track
  • Highly coachable and open to feedback
