Marketing Coordinator - Remote (USA)

Contract in New York, US - Remote OK - Associate - Marketing

WayBetter seeks a passionate Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be the go-to for coordinating campaigns across marketing channels. You should crave joining a startup in a significant role; it’s the right moment to move the needle in a big way!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
  • QA all items in the calendar within deadlines
  • Load games using internal admin panels
  • Ensure that marketing/game collateral is rendering properly on our sites, apps, etc
  • Manage workflow in Trello to ensure coordination of assets
  • Perform manual exports from third party tools and platforms. Bridge data from various sources to increase understanding of segmentation and targeting
  • Ensure consistent tracking across metrics. Appropriately identify and escalate any issues

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Ability to take initiative and think critically
  • MS Office / Google Apps / G-Suite
  • Passionate about digital marketing and the lifestyle space
  • Problem solving with the ability to execute with confidence and accuracy. A high level of attention to detail is critical for success in this role

Preferred Skills/Proficiency:

  • Trello/Jira management
  • Marketing campaign management
  • Surveying customers through tools like Survey Monkey
  • Link building (i.e. Branch, Onelink)
  • HTML/CSS skills + ability to do beautiful things in with a WYSIWYG editor
