WayBetter has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Multichannel Marketer to manage campaigns that drive the KPI critical to our business: conversion, engagement, retention and upselling to membership. You should crave joining a startup in a critical role and at the right moment to move the needle in a big way. You must have a successful track record marketing for an ecommerce, mobile product.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Launch and run conversion, engagement, referral, and retention campaigns via email and push notifications, with tools like Braze (formerly AppBoy).
  • Optimize conversion funnels with by testing campaigns with different offerings and price points.
  • Increase viral marketing: viral sharing on social media, paid referral programs and word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create necessary features and integrate 3rd party tools to support marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years managing campaigns for digital consumer projects
  • Great communication skills with the ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and independently
  • A history of creating marketing strategy, adapting to competition and parsing data
  • Creativity, from editing ad copy to developing innovative marketing concepts
  • Good instincts around brand building, including storytelling and design
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and experienced with startup life
