WayBetter has an exciting opportunity for a passionate creator. In this role you'll work on our "first mile" where we convert visitors into customers, carefully identifying opportunities to improve our funnel and in the process moving the needle for the business in a big way. Over time you'll manage a team that spearheads new product features that drive retention and growth, such as referral programs, social hooks, and loyalty programs. You will work closely with and eventually manage a team with marketers, developers, data analysts, and designers. You’ll need a combination of business, design, and technical expertise, as well as deep understanding of user-testing, marketing optimization, and onboarding. You must be an expert in at least one (and ideally more than one) of the following: ecommerce, mobile apps, paid subscriptions.
